This is what we are going to create:

This tutorial is written for Paint Shop Pro, version 9,
but should work fine in any version :)

You will need one plugin in order to do this tutorial,
please install it and restart your psp and you are ready to go :)
I will not give you any links to the plugin filters, cause the links change all the time,
so if you are missing a plugin - just google for it.

The plugin filter you need is:
VM Toolbox (Dynamic Diffusion, Square Blure, Instant Tile, Slipthrough)

Okey... let's get started :)

1. I have used a copyfree image from freefoto.com
to get the same image use use this link

2. Start with going to Image/Add borders with all settings at 1.
Use a dark color from your picture.

3. Image/Add borders with all settings at 5
Use a light color from your picture

4. Select the light border with your magic wand

5. Go to Effects/Plugins/VM Toolbox/Dynamic Diffusion with settings like below:

Keep selected

6.Repeat step 5 with the same settings
Selections/Select None

7. Image/Add borders with all settings at 1. Use the dark color.

8. Image/Add borders with all settings at 20. Use the light color.

9. Select the light border with your magic wand

10. Go to Effects/Plugins/VM Toolbox/Square Blur with these settings:

Keep selected

11. Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel with these settings:

Selections/Select None

12. Image/Add borders with all settings at 1. Use the dark color

13. Image/Add borders with all settings at 35. Use the light color.

14. Select the light border with your magic wand

15. Go to Effects/Plugins/VM Toolbox/Instant tile with these settings:

Keep selected

16. Effects/Plugins/VM Toolbox/Slipthrough - press OK
Selections/Select None

17. Repeat step 7 to 12
